LIVING ROOM SESSIONS: GEMINI

So we wanted to make some acoustic recordings from the GEMINI EP, so we plugged in, and set up in my empty living room and got a'jammin. We decided to take some video footage while we were at it... You may have seen "telephone games" from Cjane's blog...

Well now ya have "Gemini"... live from my living room, enjoy!

More to come, up next is 'smoke and mirrors', probably my second favorite tune on the record.

ps- if ya bought the EP (a real big thanks if ya did), I am curious of which song you're diggin' the most?

  9. My favorite is "Feathers" followed by "Gemini", "Telepone Game", "Inside Outside", "Smoke and Mirrors" and "Double Trouble". But I like them all. In Telephone games I like the video version better because the bass comes in earlier.

  17. Dear Brooke,
You are simply radical. This new Jack and White thing you've got going on is a rockin my soul. I love Double Trouble. But Gemini is currently running through my head. I got a sneak preview at your show in Provo this summer, and seeing you live was a dream come true!

    Love a big ole fan,

  20. I may be a little late commenting, but having bought the EP yesterday (finally!) and listening to it ALL DAY, it's still hard to find a favourite! That said, I find Gemini so beautiful and soulful, Double Trouble so infectious and so much fun to sing along (nice play on the words!), Inside Outside so relatable to .. uh.. everyone who wears their heart on their sleeve like I do, Telephone Games heart wrenching and gorgeous, Smoke and Mirrors fantastic with the beat in it, and Feathers such a cool song to sing in the summer.
I can not wait for anything else you guys put out.
One q tho, any where I can find the chords? I'm getting a guitar soon, and want these songs to be the first i learn... :)
